Today, 10th of October, it is Daniele’s name-day. Best wishes, my little brother: this evening I will be to your house to celebrate you with the whole family!

The Family Fiorenza reminds all visitors to Daniele’s blog that the same was created exclusively to open a communicative window to dialogue and to inform.

Daniele is 15 years old. As a child, apply to him all laws to protect the rights of the Child, both national and international. In particular, art. 16 of the Convention on International children’s rights (1989), adopted by 193 states worldwide, provides protection by the States signatories to the reputation and good repute of minors.

Children are protected at national level in most states that have not acceded to the Convention with stringent laws. Finally, remember that changes and the spread images of minors, unless expressly authorized by parents or legal representative, IS NOT ENABLED by any state in the world.

That is why all the abuses will be pursued for the purpose of law. The Italian Police, already alerted by Fiorenza’s family, and by the same legal representatives, is getting in touch with other States’ Police to punish those who will break Daniele’s rights.

Hello everybody! First of all we decided to post this to thank all of those who wrote beautiful words for Daniele either on our site or on their personal blogs. Thank you from our heart, you are wonderful!

Unfortunally we are having some issue with “some” miserable people from U.S. ( with this it’s far from us to offend any U.S. citizens we know that not everybody is like them), they’re actually taking Daniele’s pictures from the site to modify them and make fun of our little Daniele on their blogs! This is a shame!

That’s why we had to start modifying Daniele’s pictures on the site putting a water-mark on each of them and that’s also to remind that the pictures on this site are garded by the Copyright Law. However, we remind you that whoever has a noble purpose can request us the authorization to publish them on their own site/blog.

Daniele’s site is a evidence on he and his life and you know how much this means for us and for him and of course this awful issue is not going to stop us. The site will go on his own way, in spite of the fact that unfortunally on earth there’s cruel people like them, too. But luckily for us we know people better than that !

Hello everybody! We are glad to introduce you Blake, Daniele’s twin.

I just had the authorization from his family to publish his pictures on our site.

Blake was born in the United States one year after Daniele, when we saw his pictures at first we were amazed from the resemblance with Daniele.. they just look alike and no blood bonds are between them. It is just incredible!.. That is why we believe the english version is very important, because we think in some place in the world that could be another Daniele or Blake.

On Sunday 25th of May 2008 the Giffas (stands for “Gruppo Italsider Famiglie Fanciulli” a rehabilitation center in Naples) hosted the celebration of Communions and Confirmations by Pozzuoli’s Bishop for many guys with disabilities and their families.

Daniele celebrated his Confirmation and let me tell you what.. he has been a good boy..  he didn’t cry one second, he listened to all the celebration and he has been very patient because it has been a really hot day!

In the afternoon Daniele celebrated with his family!

Other important news is that Sunday May 25th Daniele will have the Confirmation at Giffas in Bagnoli (Naples)!
